Did it ever feel good to get in a morning of painting and drawing practice. I finally finished a pansy I started a couple months back (except for my signature) and reviewed my drawing lessons to remember what it was I had learned in the spring. This afternoon I'll prepare for the painting lesson I'll teach on

I want to mention a special guest who stopped by my booth during Art Walk. Dennis Weber is an amazing artist but I think his real passion is playing the flute. When he stopped by my spot during the show, I noticed he had his flutes with him. I was so pleased when he offered to sit a play a while.
fantastic!!
ReplyDeleteThe pansy is lovely. Feels like its really happy to see the sun. Just saw Dennis Weber's website, seems like he is an all rounder. I am sure you had a great show.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes,
Je pense que vous avez passé un bon moment...
ReplyDeleteTrès jolie pensée...
Bisous
Ohhh, lovely one Bonnie. Hope things are good with you.
ReplyDeleteI love pansies and this one smiles! Looks like such a happy day at your booth - wish the music came thru here...blessings.
ReplyDeleteWhat a feast over here today, Bonnie! A beautiful purple pansy and a delightful booth with not one but two beautiful draws for attention (your art and the musical stylings of Dennis Weber!)...
ReplyDeleteBeautifully painted, Bonnie!!
ReplyDeleteDennis is fantastic. Some of my favourites of his work aren't even the Métis works, but more generic ones. And I didn't know he played the flute- or maybe I did, but hadn't heard him play. So cool that he played at your booth!
