Spring is just around the corner... I hope. I live in the beautiful Okanagan Valley and one of the first fruit trees to blossom is the cherry. It's so beautiful around here at that time. Oh how I long for that time of year. There are fields of pretty pink and white blooms surrounded by more fields of that fresh spring green that promises more flowers when the cherries drop their delicate petals and the other fruit trees begin their show. My painting today is a reminder that spring is getting close.
Beautifully done, Bonnie. Ah, sweet Spring!
ReplyDeleteWow... this is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteSomeday, I will see your paintings in person... I hope, how far North are you?
This is lovely Bonny, I like the way the blossoms are off center, adds interest, very well done.
ReplyDeletelovely painting..can't wait for spring for real..today acted like spring but it is still February.
ReplyDeleteHard to believe that this is in fact a beautiful painting it looks so real. Lovely
ReplyDeleteA gorgeous cluster of cherry blossoms, Bonnie. So pretty and so makes me long for the sight of DC's cherry blossoms in bloom (the tv always seems to show them at least a couple of times when they are in bloom). I'm ready for spring myself, though admittedly I would take winter over summer (my least favorite season). As you might guess, I'll never be one who can take living in the southern climes. Both the sun and the heat tend to bother me. LOL
ReplyDeletethis is absolutely 1000 percent beautiful! go bonnie go!!
ReplyDeleteit almost looks like a photograph!
