I do try to paint for fifteen minutes each morning before leaving for work and sometimes I get some done in the evening... but not often. Night time and I don't get along. My body complains and generally refuses to do anything more strenuous than sit on the couch. I never did like to argue so I sit...
Wishing you a wonderful evening,
Bonnie Heather
Hello Bonnie, hope you are well rested and ready to paint a beautiful picture for us to see. Can't argue with that!
ReplyDeleteDear Bonnie,
ReplyDeleteTake it easy. As for me, if I'm not happy, I make a junk work. Put yourself, your health first. Give yourself plenty of indulgences.
Kind regards, Sadami
You are as you know forever in my thoughts. I am sorry that I have been a bit slow of late to post comments but I think you know why. So much going on right now. But please know I still come here regularly
ReplyDeleteSitting is good. I was musing about that one a little while ago, too: http://amo1967.blogspot.com/2010/08/value-of-nothing.html
ReplyDeleteHappy Sitting!
It isn't easy to let yourself do absolutely nothing... But it's important for your own mental balance. Enjoy your time on the couch!
