Wouldn't it be great?!

Wouldn't it be great to visit our blogging buddies? We could travel all over the world, share a coffee while looking at their wonderful art or just listen to their stories. It was Myra's idea but JanettMarie and I liked it.

I could stay in Myra's shed and look at the stars, wander down to the local pub with Ralph, listen to Sherry play her bowed psaltery and have a nice glass of ice water with JanettMarie while looking at her martini's. I could probably go to church with Carol, and have chai with Padmaja. The list of wonderful places and experiences go on and on.  Little did I know that when I started this blogging adventure a few months ago that I would end up with so many friends in so many places.  I am soooo blessed!

  3. Tee hee, Bonnie. I'd surely hurt your ears. My husband is better at the bowed psaltery than I am but he also practiced more than I do. I shall have to do that today! I was reminded of an old song I love by bread called Aubrey...it would be beautiful on the bowed psaltery. I am going to look up the music for it, I think!

But your words are so true. It would be so much fun if we could all get together when the mood strikes and paint, talk, and laugh!

  4. I've blogged about this a long time ago. I hope this wave of thinking continues to grow. A tsunami of this would be just fine! This summer I've already hosted two blogging artist. One from France and the other from Napa Valley. I live in Maine.

Don't just think it. Do it! I promise you won't regret it.

  5. Bonnie, what we need to do is all put cameras on our computers so we can see each other. Face to face would be wonderful though, I agree. I have found two bloggers here in Maine and one in NH and one in Vermont that are only a few hours away. Maybe someday we can meet. I'd love to visit Acadia and Nova Scotia someday, seeing a bit of Canada would be nice too. Who knows.............
