My booth at The Garden Party in Kelowna

Hi everyone.  As promised, I've attached two pictures of last weekends event.  It was beautiful weather during the whole show.

This week I haven't been able to paint due to my tumble from the above chair on Saturday.  I will sure appreciate painting when I get back to it.  I did deliver a large collection of my art to the Little Straw Vineyard for that two week show.  The reception is today, from 4 to 6.  I'm hoping I can make it and if you happen to live in the area.... please come over.  There will be fine art, music, food and wine tasting.

My VIP selection today is JanettMarie's blog.  Please visit and see her awesome fun art.

Hope you're enjoying the summer.

  1. Oh my, I hope you are ok Bonnie. I've looked at those high chairs and thought, "not for me". I have vertigo and would surely get my feet caught in the legs. I try to stay as low to the ground as possible. That's one of the reasons I like being 5 ft. 2 in. tall.

  2. I too hope you are ok, Bonnie! Do be careful! Your tent set up is so cute! That tablecloth adds a perfect touch to highlight your lovely paintings.

  3. Bonnie, it's a beautiful, elegant display. So sorry about your accident and hope you get to enjoy your reception at Little Straw Vineyard anyway.

  4. wow, wished i lived closer! i hope you are ok! i'm so sorry to hear of your mishap! what a lovely display, best of luck and feel betta!

  5. Bonnie, I hope you get back to painting soon!
I too had a little mishap and it's affected my painting brain.
I hurt my knee and could hardly walk for about two weeks, which means standing was a chore so I didn't. I usually stand to paint... gotta get back to it though... it's being too long!
Thanks for mentioning me on your blog, I need the nudge to get back to painting! : )

  6. I wish you a very speedy recovery. Your booth looks so inviting. hope you enjoy the reception at Little Straw Vineyard. It sounds like a great place.
